Walkthrough
Go 4 west, 11 north, ne, 3 north, ne, nw, north, 5 east, se, 2 east, north, east, and 23 north (some mobs here will attack and disarm you). Head 2 east and talk to Lord Perawin. After you say yes you get to find the Horn of Heroes.
Go 2 west and 16 south, and down the well. Head east then 6 north. Up is a mean guy that likes whips and can be a pain to kill. South is the soul skinner and he has the horn. Prepare yourself and go kill him. Once you get the horn retrace your steps out and back to Lord Perawin. Do not give him the horn!!!
From Lord Perawin, open and go 2 north. You get to search the room, maybe more than once for a white lever. Push the lever and you pass through the wall. In this room should be Ulelirwen the spirit. Give him the horn and your quest is complete. To get out push the silver lever.
