Walkthrough
From Blackmoor Square, go 4 north and 7 east. Head north then 2 east, look at the crate for a clue. Go back to the west 4 times and say cadein. Get the key and go 2 east. Head north, unlock the door and go north then east. You should search this room and find a key. Go west then south and unlock up. Open and go up, then north and talk to the undead lord. He wants you to find the pendant of freedom. Go east from him and search, it might take a couple of tries to find it. Head west, give the lord the pendant and he will give you a gem of truth. Take that gem south, down and east. Drop the gem and immediately head down. 4 north takes you to a wall, say demise and it will open. Go north, down, 2 west, 4 north, and 2 east. Open north and battle 2 minions. Head north and defeat the Etatram himself. The minions and Etatram have some good armor on them for a level 21 or slightly higher.
See the Blackmoor Manor map for reference. A) Town of Blackmoor B) Boxes labelled, "To: Cadein". C) Type "say cadein" and the mimic will drop a black, iron key. D) Locked door. Need the black, iron key. E) An ornate, silver key is hidden here. Search to find it. F) Locked stairway goes up. Need the ornate silver key. G) A dull pendant lies here. Search to find it. H) Give the undead lord the "pendant of freedom" to obtain the gem of truth. I) Drop the "gem of truth" to open a passage down into the catacombs. Note: leaving and re-entering the room will cause the passage to close! J) Type "say demise" to open the northern passage. Z) Etatram (kill him to complete the quest).
