Syntax: oset <object name or vnum> short <short description>

The short description is the description used by the 'act' and other functions to identify an object. The first character of the short description should be lower case because this description is used in the middle of sentences.

Keep the short description just that, short.

Example: oset shortsword short a silver shortsword
