OSET
Syntax: oset <object name or vnum> <field> <value>
Syntax: oset <object name or vnum> on
The "oset" command (level 54 stock, 104 DoD) is used to edit an object. Once you have your prototype object created, you'll need to set the various values to make it into whatever object you intend it to be.
Field being one of:
flags, wear, level, weight, cost, rent, timer, name, short, long, ed, rmed, actiondesc, type, v0, v1, v2, v3, v4, v5, affect, rmaffect, and layers.

"oset <object name or vnum> on", will lock you onto a particular object. Once locked on, all commands will imply "oset <object name or vnum>". Using the "enter" key enter while in "oset on" will ostat the object you are working on. To get out of "oset on", simply type the word "done".
