LEVEL
Syntax: oset <object name or vnum> level <level>
This is used to set the level of character that can use the object. An object can have its level set, but newly invoked objects will have their level set by SMAUG.
If an item is reset on a mobile, the mobile’s level will become the objects level.
If an item is reset in a room, the area will set the level based on the recommended range of the area that contains the room.
If an object is reset on a shop, the shop will determine its level. (Shop Object Levels)
