MSET

Syntax: mset <mob name or vnum> <field> <value>

Syntax: mset <mob name or vnum> on

The "mset" command (level 55 stock, 105 DoD) is used to edit a mobile. Once you have your prototype mob created, you'll need to set the various values to give it life.

Mset can be used to edit Players. On DOD do not edit players or risk being terminated.

 

Field being one of:

str, int, wis, dex, con, cha, lck, sex, class, gold, hp, mana, move, practice, align, race, hitroll, damroll, hitdie, damdie, armor, affected, level, thirst, drunk, full, blood, flags, pos, defpos, part, sav1, sav2, sav4, sav4, sav5, resistant, immune, susceptible, attack, defense, numattacks, speaking, speaks, name, short, long, description, title, spec, clan, council, quest, qp, qpa, favor, pkill, aloaded, deity, hitnumdie hitsizedie hitplus, and damnumdie damsizedie damplus.

Players only Fields

"oset <object name or vnum> on", will lock you onto a particular object. Once locked on, all commands will imply "mset <object name or vnum>". Using the "enter" key enter while in "mset on" will mstat the mob you are working on. To get out of "mset on", simply type the word "done".
